Quelles seront vos futures missions ?
Au sein du bureau d’étude de turbines à gaz à Belfort, l’apprenti(e) aura la charge de concevoir les systèmes auxiliaires des centrales à gaz dans le respect de nos priorités de « Sécurité », de « Qualité » et de « Durabilité ».
En particulier, avec l’aide d’ingénieurs et d’experts, l’apprenti(e) aura en charge de concevoir des systèmes fluides des auxiliaires de centrales neuves en cours de développement R&D. Notamment, pour le système de distribution de gaz naturel et hydrogène, air de purge et de refroidissement, lubrification, il s’agira de réaliser les schémas fluides, calculs de dimensionnement, analyses de risques et de fiabilité (FMEA), ainsi que la sélection des composants mécaniques associés en collaboration avec les fournisseurs (vannes, canalisations, échangeurs de chaleur, pompes, ventilation…).
Pour atteindre ces objectifs, il conviendra de réaliser une veille bibliographique et réglementaire, d’utiliser différentes méthodes et outils de dimensionnement et simulation de systèmes fluides.

What will be your future tasks?
Within the gas turbine design office in Belfort, the apprentice will be responsible for designing the auxiliary systems of gas power plants while respecting our priorities of "Safety," "Quality," and "Sustainability."
In particular, with the help of engineers and experts, the apprentice will be responsible for designing fluid systems for the auxiliaries of new power plants in R&D development. Specifically, for the natural gas and hydrogen distribution system, purge and cooling air, and lubrication system, this will involve creating fluid diagrams, sizing calculations, risk and reliability analyses (FMEA), as well as selecting the associated mechanical components in collaboration with suppliers (valves, piping, heat exchangers, pumps, ventilation...).
To achieve these objectives, it will be necessary to carry out bibliographic and regulatory monitoring, and to use different methods and tools for the sizing and simulation of fluid systems.
