Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

In this Role, you will be responsible for:

• Development experience on multiple technologies (esp. Java/python/GO/NodeJS, Angular Cloud technologies) and patterns, related architecture including cloud hosting, APIs/micro services and integration solutions.

Solution Design and Architecture:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements related to development initiatives.

• Design/ Develop end-to-end solutions that align with customer business outcomes utilizing AWS Cloud for lifecycle, observability, IoT, Data Fabric, and AWS Data services for application integration.

• Create architectural blueprints, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.

Identify, Curate, and Deliver:

• Identify patterns customer use case and deployment challenges and provide solutions which can be deployed.

• Curate content that meets the needs for solution development and deployment.

• Deliver training material either virtually or in person.

Fabric Data Skills:

• Design and develop Application with solutions using Cloud service  such as IDAM, Data fabric, monitoring, observability, IoT, with AWS services.

• Implement data governance, data tagging strategies, and data security best practices.

• Utilize Kubernetes and microservices for data sharing, storage, reliability, and high availability.

• Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with stakeholders, including product management, Customer delivery teams

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and communicate effectively with development teams.

Desired Characteristics

• Proven data ingestion (or integration) experience

• Deep understanding of data platforms, data ingestion replication patterns and market trends in those areas is added value

• Experience using AWS technology stack

Education Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with a minimum of 6+ years of experience into Software Development.

Technical Expertise:

• Excellent knowledge of Object Oriented Analysis and Design, Software Design Patterns and Java coding principles

• Hands-on experience in web services (REST, SOAP, WSDL etc.), using Apache Commons Suite & Maven, SQL Database such as Oracle MySQL, PostgreSQL etc.

• Hands-on experience in utilizing Spring Framework (Core, MVC, Integration and Data)

• Experience with Big Data / Hadoop and NoSQL Database is a big plus

• Hands-on experience with web development using HTML5, Java Script, jQuery, CSS. Also, experience in implementing Java OSGi modules and using an OSGi container.

• Experience with Play framework, Angular is a big plus

Business Acumen:

• Excellent problem solving abilities and capable of articulating specific technical topics or assignments

• Experience in building scalable and highly available distributed systems

• Expert in breaking down problems and estimate time for development tasks

• Evangelizes how our technology solves customer problems from a technology and business perspective
