Roles and Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Be responsible for defining, developing, and evolving software in a fast paced and agile development environment using the latest software development technologies and infrastructure
- Work cross functionally with other business departments to align activities and deliverables
- Apply principles of SDLC and methodologies like Lean/Agile/XP, CI, Software and Product Security, Scalability, Documentation Practices, refactoring and Testing Techniques
- Write code that meets standards and delivers desired functionality using the technology selected for the project
- Understand performance parameters and assess application performance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related computer field with advanced experience.
- Desired Technical Expertise:
- Experience with Windows and Unix / Linux based programming
- Experience in object oriented design methodology
- Experience in programming languages like C, C++(3 years above) and scripting languages such as Python/Shell/batch(1 years above)
- Familiar Graphical User Interface design by Qt library
- Working knowledge in configuration management tools such as Gitlab/SVN
- IDE Experience: Visual Studio Code and Qt Creator
- Prior work experience in an agile environment, or introductory training on Lean/Agile. Aware of and able to apply continuous integration (CI)
