岗位职责
- 负责开发、设计和维护高质量程序，以满足公司的业务需求。
- 负责解决复杂的技术问题，包括系统性能、安全性和可扩展性方面的挑战。
- 积极参与项目规划、设计和开发，确保项目按时交付，并满足质量标准。
- 撰写清晰的技术方案文档。
- 有效管理工作时间，确保任务按时完成，以满足项目需求。
- 积极服从公司的各项安排，以促进团队的顺利运作和项目的顺利推进。
- 对底层认证系统拥有强烈的责任心和owner意识，主动发现问题并推动解决，确保系统的长期稳定性和持续优化。
任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，计算机或相关专业。
- 至少3年以上的 Golang 项目经验，熟悉常见的web框架，如go-zero，gin，kartos，kitex等
- 扎实的数据结构和算法基础。熟悉golang常见编程模式，能够编写高质量，简洁清晰的代码。
- 熟悉MySQL、Redis、ElasticSearch等主流存储引擎的原理，并能熟练使用。
- 熟悉Kafka、RocketMQ、RabbitMQ等常见消息队列的原理，并能够熟悉使用。
- 熟悉分布式系统 和 微服务架构，能够设计和实现具有高并发、高可用和高性能的系统。
- 高度的责任心、良好的沟通理解能力和团队合作精神，正直进取，有上进心，热爱开发事业。
加分项
- 具备php开发经验者优先；
- 阅读过golang基础库/框架/中间件等源码者优先；
- 有经历过高并发(如qps：1w-10w)系统者优先。
