岗位职责

  • 算法模型开发与优化：设计、开发和部署机器学习模型和算法，对算法模型进行优化和改进，提升性能和准确性；
  • 数据处理与特征工程：进行数据清洗、预处理和特征工程，确保数据质量；
  • 算法效果评估：设计和执行实验，评估模型性能，使用适当的评价指标和方法验证模型效果；
  • 技术研究与创新：跟踪最新的机器学习研究成果和技术趋势，提出并实现算法解决方案；
  • 跨部门协作：与团队成员紧密合作，理解业务需求并转化为技术实现。

任职资格

  • 计算机科学、统计学、数学等相关专业本科及以上学历；
  • 熟悉主流机器学习/深度学习框架，至少熟练掌握Python，Java，C++中的一种编程语言；
  • 有推荐系统项目经验，能够独立完成从数据处理到模型部署的全过程；
  • 拥有nlp，视觉分析，图算法项目经验可以作为加分项。
  • 有良好的沟通能力、团队协作精神和学习能力；
  • 熟悉flink优先。
