About the role:
Gartner is looking for a Sr.Project Manager who will be responsible for day to day management activities of projects executing in an agile framework.
What you’ll do:
- The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that project schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables are meticulously tracked and aligned with standards, while maintaining a keen focus on scope and quality.
- Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Facilitate seamless communication across diverse teams.
- Proactively identify and manage risks and issues, communicate effectively with stakeholders, gather feedback, and implement solutions.
- Expertise in managing large-scale enterprise projects and programs.
- Lead pilot programs or proof of concept (POC) initiatives with precision.
- Proficient in managing requirement gathering, application design, and comprehensive end-to-end testing cycles.
- Ensure the effective implementation of Agile/Scrum processes and provide team-level coaching to maximize benefits.
- Demonstrated ability to run projects using Agile Scrum methodologies, from small teams to large, with multiple external dependencies and third-party collaborators.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of Agile Software Development Methodology and incremental delivery.
- Coordinate the smooth operation of various projects while ensuring alignment with the organization's strategy, commitments, and goals.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams within a complex ecosystem.
- Quickly establish credibility with business units and IT partners as a passionate change agent with exceptional managerial skills.
- Experience working with package product software such as Salesforce, CRM analytics, or other CRM systems.
- Exposure to managing Salesforce platform, DevOps operations, and application security projects.
- Experience in initiating new projects and managing the execution lifecycle from inception to completion.
- Exposure to conducting architecture reviews and managing release cycles.
What you’ll need:
Strong IT professional with 7+ yrs of total experience and 5+ yrs in Project Management environment. The candidate should have strong qualitative and quantitative problem-solving skills along with high on ownership and accountability.
Must have:
- 5+ years of experience working in an Agile Scrum environment and strong experience with the full software development lifecycle
- Excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong knowledge of programming documentation processes/procedures.
- Strong ability to understand client expectations and to resolve issues that may affect delivery.
- Strong business acumen and leadership experience - proven track record of acting as a valued partner to leadership.

- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science or a related field required
- Motivated, high-potential performer, with demonstrated ability to influence and lead.
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
