About this role:

Software Development position having experience in NLP and responsible for design, implementation, and support of development and deployment of algorithms and Python based applications to help fulfill our Research & Consulting Delivery strategy.

What you’ll do: 

• Implement methodologies for quickly rolling out new data analysis capabilities for standalone data-driven products and services to support our associates using ML, NLP, and LLMs
• Participate in architecture and technical design discussions to ensure data science solutions align with the organization's strategic objectives.
• Be able to transform unstructured raw data into scalable pipelines with formats suitable for modeling
• Demonstrate knowledge of an ability to operationalize data science techniques
• Maintain project plans, clean code, and well-written documentation
• Be able to work in teams and collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements
• Be able to work in a globally distributed team in an Agile/Scrum approach
• Leverage generative AI for internal and external applications

What you’ll need:

2 – 4 years of experience of algorithms and statistics and experience in data mining, machine learning, deep learning and natural language processing.

Must have:

• Education qualification as graduate or postgraduate degree in Engineering or Data Science is required.
• Knowledge of Machine learning models and techniques like NLP, BERT, Transformers, Deep learning.
• Knowledge of Python libraries like Pandas, Scikit-Learn, Numpy, NLTK, Spacy and Scipy is required
• Ability to work collaboratively across product, data science and technical stakeholders.
