As a Global Client Director and Team Lead, you will proactively own strategic account vision, planning, and execution at GCxO level for one of our most strategic banking clients. By becoming a true partner at the top levels of their org charts, your key role is to lead and orchestrate the internal teams identify opportunities for account retention and growth aligning Gartner services to drive business value for those key stakeholders by addressing their most critical technology challenges and introducing new services and products.

What you will do:

  • Working at GCxO level, you will understand large/global client business strategy, drivers, goals and initiatives, and translate these into Gartner selling opportunities to accelerate our partnership.

  • Establishing and maintaining executive relationships with clients to become the trusted advisor in all their primary locations

  • Develop executive communications in alignment with goals, ensure themes are amplified through customer interactions, events, and other to maximise the impact of Gartner.

  • Orchestration of internal support/ delivery teams and remote sales associates to meet and exceed quota aligned to one specific multinational banking account

  • Develop, communicate and execute the account vision & strategy to meet and exceed quota, expand our relationship whilst supporting the customer to overcome challenges through Gartner services.

  • Lead and empower internal team(s) by setting standards for account performance, providing guidance, delegating tasks and removing obstacles to drive business growth.

  • Monitor and manage forecasting to ensure accuracy on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis

  • Demonstrating strong business acumen through a deep understanding of your clients’ business and critical priorities, while staying current with evolving market and industry trends

  • Lead and coaching direct report(s) in all aspects of Gartner best practices, leading by example. Perform all necessary people management as requires, including recruiting, hiring, training, etc.

What you will need:

  • Progressive sales experience with proven success in consultative B2B sales within the IT products or services industry, working through varying levels of complexity with global financial enterprise scale clients.

  • Ability to build and own Global C-level and senior level relationships within Tier 1 banks.

  • Proficiency in global strategic account planning and execution, orchestrating internal teams whilst leading by example to ensure meeting and exceeding goals.

  • Proven experience building excellent client relationships, offering value added, insightful and strategic insight into their business

  • Proven ability to understand enterprise-wide issues and to structure innovative, integrated solutions that provide IT decision support to global banks

  • Comprehensive understanding of technology buying centres

  • Strong demonstration of intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales acumen

  • Strong computer proficiency and presentation skills

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree – desired

Echo Jobs has been exceptional in my job hunt where it provides one platform to job hunt and I don't have to open 10 websites just to look for a job. It has also helped me focus much on the job skill and the location filtering out the onsite jobs and remote ones. The only feature that I would request is to display fully remote jobs that are not restricted to a country since the one available shows ie, Remote, US yet. But if it could show remote only, that would be helpful not only to me but to other people applying for full remote and not tied to only US candidates

Simply put, it's the most up to date tech jobs aggregator I’ve found. I'm like... "I don't have to check 10+ jobs boards daily just to see if there's a new job listing? sign me up!" The filters are also quite helpful! The UI is very clean and straightforward. Love it!
