Senior Game Developer

Location: Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Game Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in game development, problem-solving abilities, and experience building high-quality, scalable games. You will be responsible for designing, developing, optimizing, and maintaining game features while collaborating with designers, artists, and other team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize gameplay features and systems.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Collaborate with game designers, artists, and product teams to bring game concepts to life.
• Develop and implement game mechanics, UI systems, animations, and integrations.
• Debug, test, and optimize games for performance and stability.
• Identify technical challenges and provide effective solutions.
• Review code, mentor junior developers, and contribute to improving development practices.
• Integrate third-party SDKs, APIs, analytics, and monetization features.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging game technologies.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in game development.
• Strong experience with game engines such as Unity 
• Strong programming skills in C# (Unity) 
• Experience developing and launching mobile games.
• Solid understanding of gameplay programming, OOP concepts, and software architecture.
• Experience with optimization, debugging, and performance profiling.
• Familiarity with game monetization, ads, and analytics integration is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with multiplayer/networking systems.
• Knowledge of game design principles and player experience.
• Experience working on live games and implementing updates.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
