About the Role

We're looking for a passionate Associate Game Producer who lives and breathes mobile games. This role is ideal for someone who may not have extensive industry experience but has a strong understanding of mobile games, excellent gaming instincts, and a genuine passion for creating great player experiences.

What You'll Do

• Work closely with producers, designers, artists, developers, and QA throughout game development.

• Help manage tasks, timelines, and team coordination.

• Playtest games regularly and provide structured feedback.

• Identify gameplay issues and suggest improvements from a player perspective.

• Research top-performing mobile games and market trends.

• Assist in feature planning, documentation, and sprint execution.

• Track bugs, follow up on development progress, and ensure timely completion.

• Help improve player experience through data-driven and player-focused thinking.

What We're Looking For

• Fresh graduate or up to 6 months of experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Game Development, Business, or a related field.

• A genuine passion for mobile gaming.

• Plays mobile games regularly and stays updated with industry trends.

• Strong gaming sense with the ability to understand what makes games fun and engaging.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
