Job Overview

We are looking for a creative 2D Game & UI Artist with a strong eye for visual design, game art, and user interfaces. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio, understand gaming trends, and be comfortable using AI tools to enhance their creative workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Create 2D game assets, including characters, environments, objects, backgrounds, icons, and promotional visuals.

• Design engaging game UI elements, screens, menus, and interfaces.

• Collaborate with Game Designers, Developers, and Artists to deliver production-ready assets.

• Maintain visual consistency across game art and UI.

• Contribute creative ideas and iterate designs based on feedback.

• Stay updated with gaming trends, art styles, and UI patterns.

• Use AI tools and effective prompting for ideation, asset creation, and creative exploration.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Animation, Game Art, Multimedia, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in 2D game art and UI/UX art.

• Strong portfolio showcasing game art and UI work.

• Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, illustrator, procreate and relevant tools.

• Good understanding of art fundamentals, composition, color, typography, and visual hierarchy.

• Strong understanding of game UI and visual design principles.

• Passion for gaming with awareness of current gaming trends.

• Strong creative thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in AI-powered creative tools and AI prompting.

Good to Have

• Experience with mobile games.

• Basic knowledge of Unity or other game engines.

• Experience with Figma, Illustrator, Procreate, Blender, or Spine.

• Understanding of game asset optimization and engine-ready exports.
