• Provide automation technical solution
• Work on the Automation functional test case design based on user story
• Develop and maintenance the automation test scripts to incorporate the sprint version planning

KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES

• Apply various automation framework designs and document the automation test strategy
• Select and use the right tool for automation, develop and execute the test script, analysis and generate test reports
• Able to design the test cases used for automation testing based on user story
• Enrich the existing automation test coverage
• Execute the automation scripts to follow project schedule and testing cycles
• Collating and monitoring the defect management process
• Perform regression testing
• Coming up with exact solutions for problems related to issue identity and error handling
• Interacting with BA or developers to solve the various issues they face and updating on the situation
• Provide ad-hoc support when required

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

• Able to develop the automation framework
• Able to develop new automation test scripts based on the user story/ enhancement
• Able to execute test case using automation tools
• Able to analysis automation testing results and identify the root cause

• Recommend automation framework and technical solution basic on project platform differentiate
• Estimate automation project timeline and resource effort.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years testing or automation experience
• Expertise in writing Python scripts, familiar with Selenium and Appium mechanism
• Attention to details with good problem solving and analytical skills
• Insurance industry is preferred

KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Know basic insurance knowledge.
• Capable of Working careful with strong responsibility
• Knowledge of test tools like Selenium, Appium, JMeter, Load Runner, Mobile Testing tools, etc
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both reading and written English and Chinese

COMPETENCIES

• Able to use various automation schemes to complete test tasks efficiently and quickly
• Provide end-to-end automation solution for difference insurance systems and business data flows
