PURPOSE

Contribute to the development of Project Delivery department, focus on Azure MLOps Support.

KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES

• Provide the support for FWD Group Data platform on MLOps projects, the key work scope includes: data injection, data transformation, data processing, AI model deployment, AI model maintenance.

• Responsible for coding implement of company internal MLOps Data delivery projects, and participate in different phase of delivery project

• Participate in vendor delivery project code review, ensure MLOps data project delivery quality

• Responsible for receiving the transferred project from vendor, and supporting the enhancement development and maintenance of production system

• Participate in solving the technical difficulties encountered in the research and development of big data development platform;

EXTERNAL & INTERNAL CONTACTS

Internal

• Report to project management team and data team leader
• Communication with team members
• Actively work together with internal other resources, such as Azure Infras engineer, PBI engineer

External

Regular reports to FWD group data management team

Communicate with all vendor delivery team

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

•  Graduated from computer related major, with strong programming ability (Java / Python / Scala), cloud platform development experience is preferred, ex Azure.
• 2. At least 3-5 years of experience in spark / spark streaming / Flink / Kafka ecological environment development, proficient in basic knowledge and data development technology related to data processing, relevant experience in real-time data processing, familiar with fluent is preferred;

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

• Be familiar with the construction and design of enterprise data warehouse, have experience in management and design of large-scale data warehouse, and be familiar with data modeling methodology. Familiar with big data ecosystem, have a certain understanding of big data technology ecosystem;
• Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous work, conscientious and practical work, and strong ability of hands-on and learning new technology;
• Has AI model development and deployment experience
• Good communication skills, good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills
• Working experience in insurance industry is preferred
