Job Description
- Define vehicle functions and E/E system architecture
- Vehicle Electrical / Electronic schematic definition and creation
- Manage handshake to Autonomous Driving Division (Architecture, E/E, SW, OS,..)
- Manage handshake to FMC vehicle production/ manufacturing
- Reporting /communication / press information to VP and other board members
- Risk management and all FMC relevant impacts (incl. fall back solutions)
- Manage own division belongings in order to achive all targets (budget, recruiting, organisation, international synchronisation, cost targets, timeline, deliverables, … )
- Functional specifications and module assignment
- Energy Management
- E/E system coordination & integration

Qualifications
- Industry background - Automotive E/E Systems & Architecture, suppliers, technology, innovation
- Knowledge and skills- Vehicle Systems development, negotiation, managed a business unit
- Education and training - Masters, PhD, or comparable
- Competencies - Systems knowledge, networking, self organization, motivation
