Product Operations

Job Description:

We are looking for a Product Operations Specialist who will support our product teams in streamlining operations, analyzing data, and enhancing the overall product lifecycle. This role acts as a bridge between product, engineering, and support teams to ensure our products deliver maximum value to users while running efficiently in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibility:

• Monitor product performance, user behavior, and operational metrics to identify improvement areas.

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and customer support to ensure smooth execution across the product lifecycle.
• Analyze data using tools such as SQL, Excel, and Google Sheets to generate insights and support decision-making.
• Maintain accurate and updated product documentation, workflows, and user guides.
• Support the execution of product launches, feature rollouts, and ongoing operational tasks.
• Act as the first point of contact for internal product-related questions or issues.Contribute to improving product quality through testing support, tracking bugs, and coordinating cross-team alignment.

Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Work Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in product operations, product management, or a related role in the IT sector.
• Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is highly preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong analytical and communication skills are welcome to apply.

Technical Skills:

• Strong analytical skills with experience in: (SQL, Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel)
• Familiarity with data tools like Metabase is a plus.
• Familiar with Jira or related tools

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Comfortable working under pressure and in dynamic environments.
