What you will do
You will be joining the Business Analytics team within Funnel’s established Revenue Operations function. As a Data Analyst, you will use data to; find and answer difficult business questions, identify problems & opportunities, make recommendations, and find solutions. You will work closely with our Revenue Operations team and directly with our go-to-market teams to share your findings, build business context, and develop recommendations. Areas of interest would include sales pipeline data, customer acquisition data, client product usage data, and many more.

You will not just crunch numbers but understand the story they tell about our business. Your insights will drive strategic decisions and influence the way we operate.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Analyze, interpret, and predict data to uncover trends and insights that impact revenue and customer behavior.

  • Create dashboards and reports to help us understand e.g. our marketing, sales and customers.

  • Find and share insights to drive improvements, making our processes smoother and more effective.

  • Collaborate with other data and analytics teams at Funnel to solve larger organizational problems.

  • You'll be a bridge between data and decisions, working closely with departments across the company to translate numbers into action.


Some examples of past and current deliverables:

  • Create a customer health scoring model to predict & prevent customer churn.

  • Create a lead scoring model to assess lead quality and predict conversion rates.

  • Build a framework to connect sales team actions to outcomes, for example, how calls, meetings, etc. impact conversion rates and business results like revenue.


Who you are
We are looking for a data analyst who either has or would like to build a deep understanding of go-to-market teams within a fast-growing SaaS company.

Furthermore, we are looking for these attributes:

Experiences & skills:

  • Demonstrable expertise with tools or scripting language for data analytics e.g. Python or R. In other words: more than spreadsheets!

  • Expertise in SQL for analytic queries and reporting

  • Experience with specific data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, etc.

  • Fluent in written and spoken English


It is beneficial if you also have:

  • Experience working with go-to-market team data (for example CRM, SaaS, and sales cycle data)

  • Experience with more advanced analytics (such as website lead cohort analysis, regression analysis, predictive analytics, or statistical modeling)

  • Experience in working in analytics or a related field

This role is located in Stockholm, at our centrally located office at Klarabergsgatan 29 with three floors. We value increased in-person collaboration, and as such, we work the majority of the week from our office. 

We are not able to sponsor relocation and therefore we will take into consideration only applicants who are located in Stockholm, and:

- Hold Swedish citizenship
- Hold EU/EEA citizenship
- Have a valid work permit for working in Sweden
