Professional Services Project Manager

As the Professional Services Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving key professional services implementation program/project management initiatives. This is a hands-on individual contributor role which oversees and drives end-to-end client onboarding programs, with dotted-line oversight of individual implementation consultant activities. Project management responsibilities include defining project scope, creating detailed implementation and ensuring successful, on-time project completion. This person will provide regular status updates through reports and meetings and lead high-level steering committee meetings.

Responsibilities:  

• Create and manage detailed project plans 
• Generate PMO dashboard
• Chair steering committee meetings with client decision-makers 
• Generate key project artifacts
• Manage and report on resource allocation for assigned projects
• Simultaneously manage multiple client implementations, while coordinating individual onboarding specialist initiatives
• Ensure timely and accurate responses to client inquiries

Requirements: 

• 5+ years in financial services software implementation
• Prior experience implementing large scale programs with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms
• 5+ years Project management experience; active PMP Certification preferred
• BA in Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent
• Track record of delivering projects on time and on budget
• Exposure to investment accounting software solutions preferred
• Expert Technical skills in project management tools
• Familiarity with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms and Fintech solutions
