Job responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of mobile and payment applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices in software development are followed.
- Architect solutions that are aligned with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in designing and developing mobile applications and payment solutions.
- Strong knowledge of mobile platforms and frameworks such as iOS, Android, and cross-platform tools.
- Experience with payment gateways, APIs, and integration with third-party services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
