2 x roles > New Projects / Lead 100MW+ hyper-scale DC / Semiconductor FAB builds / Tier-1 Global EPC giant / Massive greenfield projects / Direct Level 1-5 IST commissioning & 275kV grid works

What you will do:
Direct complex Level 1 to 5 IST commissioning and 275kV main intake substation delivery for global tech giants.

-Control project budgets, variation orders, and program risks.
-Enforce strict QLASSIC and CONQUAS quality delivery standards.
-Lead greenfield Design and Build projects located in Banting.

Experience you need:
-Tier-1 main contractors and global EPCs.
-Data Centre, Industrial, Advanced Manufacturing or Semiconductor projects

Nice to have / Bonus:
-Certified Data Centre Professional or Professional Engineer registration.
-Professional Technologist certification with MBOT local authority recognition.
-Experience from hyperscale DC developers and semiconductor specialists.
-Deep expertise in Level 5 integrated systems testing procedures.

-Senior PM, Assistant Project Director or PM
-Tier-1 main cons or mixed with PMCs / international projects
-Experienced in managing mega 25-100MW+ electrical loads.
