- Implementation and support of Japan projects.
- Perform translation of business and technical documents from Japanese to English, and vice-versa as needed in the projects.
- Act as a bridge during meetings between Japanese speaking client’s team and English-speaking team members.
- Communicate with Japanese speaking clients via phone email and chat, providing updates and alert escalation when needed.
- Assist in monitoring system alerts.
- Communicate critical alerts and issues to relevant teams, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
- Willing to learn new skills and technologies related to network, system administration, cloud and automation.
- Coordinate and help during client visits.
Work Schedule:
- Ability to work in a 24x7 environment, including, weekends, and holidays.
- Hybrid work schedule.
Qualifications:
- At least N3 JLPT.
- Experience in translation and interpretation preferably in a business or technical environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and demands with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities as they arise.
