Our Admin Experience team is in charge of the holistic experience of setting up and managing Front. Our product is a powerful and flexible tool. We strive toward a first class user experience for admins, and guide them as they adopt Front deeply. The Admin Experience team is in charge of the user journey through all our settings, of our permission architecture, of the majority of user management, etc. By making admins’ life easier, we guarantee that our customers get the most value out of Front.
What will you be doing?
Collaborate closely with product managers, product designers, and other engineers to deliver on our product roadmap.
Find elegant solutions to usability problems.
Ramp on new web technologies that will make Front better.
What skills and experience do you need?
Strong experience working on complex software systems, with a preference for full stack or backend engineering.
Product-minded: committed to building the best user experience.
Knowledgeable about modern web technologies and excited to learn new ones, e.g. Node.js ES6, TypeScript, React.
Understand the trade-offs between different engineering solutions when solving a problem, value pragmatism over idealism.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative, and high-growth environment.
Full professional English proficiency plus you are eligible to work in Argentina or Chile

Previous experiences around user management (session management, SCIM, permissions, etc) or security are a plus
