About the Role

At Freightos, we’re assembling a future-facing talent pool of skilled PHP Developers in Chennai. Responsibilities

• Implement new features to the existing projects, using Laravel or Symphony/MySQL/JavaScript/HTML/CSS.
• Maintain the web application (refactoring, improving performance, fixing issues, migrating code to new solutions)
• Refactor the software to meet modern standards: SOLID, DDD, Hexagonal Architecture, Unit Test, etc.
• Work on code optimization.
• Work in a cross-functional agile team

Requirements

Basic requirements

• Strong knowledge of Laravel or Symphony and MySQL. Minimum 4 years of total experience and at least 2 years of latest experience working with these technologies.
• Experience in creating end points or microservices.
• Excellent communication and team working skills.

Preferred requirements

• Experience with version control like GIT.
• Experience in JIRA.
• Experience in React.
