We are looking for an exceptional Software Engineer, to join our remote member of our Engineering squad.
Tech stack: NodeJS/Typescript, Google Cloud Platform, Postgresql.
You will...
- Deliver high quality software to predictable timescales and take complex problems and produce multiple alternative solutions, skillfully weighing trade-offs to help their squad make effective medium term technical decisions.
- Delivers against challenging technical problems, skillfully weighing trade-offs to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions quickly.
- Deeply understands their product and its core KPIs, and is a key partner to their Product Manager in driving their product forwards.
- Thrive in an on-call environment and be the escalation point for high priority issues with the ability to triage and escalate when necessary.
Logistics and Benefits
The application process consists of a 5 stage process. You will initially have a phone interview with one of our internal Talent team, followed by a behavioural & competency based interview with our Engineering Manager before pairing with Senior Engineers on a coding round, a Systems Design round and then Values, closing with an interview with our CEO.
