FP Markets Group of Companies is a well-established multi-regulated broker, founded in Australia, offering traders access to CFD trading on Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies. We are growing and looking to recruit a Full-Time System Analyst with experience in FX and CFD industry to join our team in Cyprus office - a certified Great Place to Work®.
Reporting to: CTO
Responsibilities:
- Gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements from stakeholders
- Develop detailed system designs and specifications that align with business needs and technical standards
- Design, develop, and maintain APIs for system integration, ensuring they meet performance and security standards
- Determine how specific tasks should be distributed among microservices
- Develop integration strategies and solutions to ensure seamless interaction between front-end and back-end systems
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural principles and best practices
- Write detailed acceptance tests for each task, ensuring developers understand the tests they must implement
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system designs, architectures, and technical processes
Candidate Profile:
- At least 3 years of experience as a System Analyst. Required sector is forex market, trading platforms, plugins for platforms, copy solutions, etc.
- Deep understanding of financial markets, including forex
- Understanding of the architecture and operation of financial IT systems
- Experience with SQL databases and knowledge of relational and non-relational database principles
- Proficiency in modeling and prototyping tools (e.g., Visio, Miro)
- Excellent analytical and logical thinking skills
- Ability to quickly grasp new systems and technologies, translating business needs into technical requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
