Opened in 2008, Four Seasons Hotel Macao has become a coveted destination for both business and leisure travelers who seek exceptional and personalized services. Its numerous awards and satisfied customers attest to its excellence. In October 2020, Four Seasons Hotel Macao introduced The Grand Suites, an all-suite tower that took the concept of luxury and bespoke services to new heights. With the addition of 289 suites, the Hotel's room count increased to a combined total of 649 keys, making it the largest property within the Four Seasons group. About the role
The Loss Prevention Officer protects guests, staff, and property by conducting regular patrols, monitoring surveillance systems, and controlling access to the premises. They also respond rapidly to emergencies, resolve disturbances, and help maintain a safe and welcoming environment throughout the facility.

What you will do:

• Actively participate in the day to day security operations of the property to ensure the safety and security of all guests, personnel and property
• Patrol the interior and exterior of the hotel and confront any situations or persons that require investigation
• Handle and document guest and employee accidents, guest room lock problems, noise complaints, and any questionable individuals on the premises
• Implement all policies, procedures and instructions regarding security and safety
• Assist in implementing preventive safety and security programs
• Investigate crimes committed against the hotel, guests, and employees

What you bring

• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
• Experienced in CPR, first aid, fire fighting and crowd control
• Previous experience in law enforcement or security work
• Experienced in computer programs
