Location: SHANGHAI HQ-R&D,China

Your mission, roles and responsibilities

  • Manage Tooling, Equipment, Process development in CN division for all interior scope (Including Injection, Postprocess, Wrapping & Slush / Foaming)
  • Manage team size upto 50 members to achieve domestic and overseas programs Tooling and Equipment development milestone. Yearly upto 1500 tooling. Including a. Define and release the T&E spec; b. Manage T&E supplier timing and its PDCA; c. Manage the T&E performance in final Faurecia plants
  • Set the plan to develop team capability to improve each engineer expert skills
  • Set T&E roadmap to develop innovative or competitive process and T&E to meet technique needs

Your profile and competencies to succeed

  1. Master’s degree in Engineering
  2. Have 10 years of experience in T&E, and at least 5 years of team management experience. 
  3. Strong people leadership with the ability to manage large, multi‑disciplinary technical teams and develop expert capabilities.
  4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence cross‑functional and cross‑cultural stakeholders
  5. Strong systems thinking and structured decision‑making capability under uncertainty
  6. Strong prioritization and execution discipline in a high‑volume, multi‑project environment.
  7. Change leadership capability with the ability to drive innovation in processes and tooling in a conservative technical environment.
