Your mission, roles and responsibilities

• Main Job Responsibilities & Missions主要岗位职责及任务

• 根据佛吉亚采购要求，部署与外购零件生产阶段相关的APQP，负责PPAP文件搜集及签批；
• 管理供应商的工艺鉴定（控制计划和质量基础实施、量产试验和工艺审核）；
• 对来料检验指导书内容进行复核确认可实施性，以及供应商（外协生产来料检验不良顾客反馈）质量问题的反馈跟踪；
• 负责供应商供货业绩的考核评价,对WORST供应商实施质量提升；
• 负责供方技术对标及变更管理，以及偏差放行单签署；
• 负责外协产品来料/现场/不良数据收集，统计分析及持续改进；
• 对供方提交的8D报告进行评审，PDCA改善；
• 制定供应商年度审核计划，实施定期审核，质量异常时，采用飞行审核等方式对供应商进行现场审核；
