Your mission, roles and responsibilities

• Innovation function performance management, which including budget, new idea and M3 numbers, innovation sales, open innovation ecysystem.
• Key customer interface in term of innovation promotion, routine technical exchange, techday, autoshow.
• Acting as key interface within FIS global innovation network for customer activities, resource management

Your profile and competencies to succeed

• Degree (Master) in Engineering, ideally in any of the following engineering disciplines: Tooling, Polymer/Composite, Transport/Automotive, Mechanisms, Mechatronics, HMI, Lighting, Virtual/Augmented Reality or Industrial Design.
• At least 10 years development experience within an industrial environment, especially in the automotive industry
• At least 2 years team management experience
• OEM development process knowledge and customer needs understanding
• Structured & systematic with scientific & engineering mindset
• Self driven & dynamic
• International mindset
• English is compulsory
