Purpose of the Job – Overview

Job Title: Graphic Designer

Type: HYBRID

Timings:

• Monday to Friday: 8 AM to 6 PM BST

Few hours on Saturdays

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging digital assets for websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, and presentations.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to produce visuals that align with brand guidelines.
• Utilize AI tools (e.g., MidJourney, DALL·E, Firefly, ChatGPT-powered design workflows) to streamline and enhance the design process.
• Edit and create short-form video content using tools like CapCut for reels, stories, and promotional videos.
• Ensure all designs are optimized for digital platforms with attention to detail and consistency.
• Stay updated with the latest digital design trends and AI-powered creative workflows.

Required Skills & Tools

• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects preferred), and CapCut.
• Strong portfolio of digital designs (social media posts, website visuals, digital campaigns).
• Must be able to use AI tools efficiently for creating, enhancing, and scaling digital content.
• Creative thinker with the ability to turn abstract concepts into compelling visuals.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and time management.
