Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) Developer

We are looking for a talented Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) Developer with at least 5 years of experience to design, develop, and implement robust analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will be skilled in creating dynamic dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using OAC while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Dashboard and Report Development:
  • Design and develop interactive dashboards, KPIs, and reports using Oracle Analytics Cloud.
  • Translate business requirements into effective and visually appealing data visualizations.
• Data Modeling:
  • Build and maintain data models, semantic layers, and subject areas within OAC.
  • Optimize data structures and queries to enhance report performance.
• Data Integration:
  • Integrate OAC with various data sources, such as Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW), Oracle EBS, and external systems.
  • Develop and implement data pipelines to transform and load data into OAC.
• Performance Optimization:
  • Monitor and tune OAC processes, ensuring optimal performance of dashboards and reports.
  • Resolve performance bottlenecks in queries, visualizations, or data workflows.
• Collaboration:
  • Work with business analysts and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Documentation:
  • Document technical designs, data flows, and best practices for OAC development and usage.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Technical Expertise:
  • 5+ years of experience in developing with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
  • Proficiency in creating dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
  • Strong SQL skills for data querying and transformation.
  • Experience in data modeling, semantic layer design, and subject area creation.
  • Familiarity with integrating OAC with Oracle and non-Oracle data sources.
• Tools & Technologies:
  • Experience with Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW), Oracle Database, or other data platforms.
  • Knowledge of APIs and REST integrations within OAC.
• Problem Solving:
  • Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues in OAC solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and related services.
• Exposure to advanced analytics features or machine learning capabilities within OAC.
• Oracle certifications in OAC or related technologies are a plus.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field.
