Junior eLearning Developer

With your can-do attitude, you will be able to deliver high-quality material at a good pace, while working closely with other eLearning Developers within the eLearning Development team. You will be partnering closely with project owners to learn our training standard operating procedures and keep content consistent, relevant, and updated. 

Your efforts ensure that the content, associated media, and interface all work seamlessly, to provide the learner a valuable learning experience. You will work with a variety of type of materials that you will be expected to construct into a learning solution with the mentorship and assistance of your team and instructional design mentor. It will be your responsibility to ensure that the quality of your deliverables is consistent with our Accruent training quality standards.  

How you'll make a difference: 

• Editing raw multimedia content: AI Narration, video, images, icons 

• Developing eLearning Content: Courses, Modules and Lessons with the following content types: video demonstrations, software simulations, text-based lectures, knowledge checks. 

 
Required knowledge, skills and abilities: 

• Excellent communication skills and are proficient in English, both verbal and written. 

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Multimedia Design or similar. 

• Proficient experience with editing multimedia content like audio, video, and images such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Audition, Camtasia (or similar) 

• Effectively collaborate with SMEs on projects  
• You are an organized and proactive self-starter, who can work independently in a fast-paced environment. 
• You can handle change by adapting quickly to new tools, procedures, and feedback  

You'll stand out if you: 

• Have experience with eLearning development. 

• Instructional Design experience 

• Have basic experience with Articulate Storyline and Rise 360.
