Dynamics 365 Power Platform Senior Developer

We are seeking a talented Dynamics 365 Power Platform Senior Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of our customer portal. As a Power Platform Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. You will work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other technical and business team members to deliver innovative solutions that meet our customers' needs. You will also play an important role in the learning and development of other team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Power Apps Development: 
  • Design and develop custom Power Apps to create user-friendly interfaces for our customer portal
  • Configure and customize Power Apps components to meet specific business requirements
  • Integrate Power Apps with other systems, such as Dynamics 365 and SharePoint
• Power Automate Development: 
  • Automate business processes using Power Automate to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
  • Create complex workflows, including approvals, data integration, and notifications
  • Trigger flows based on events from various sources, such as Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and other systems
• Power BI Development: 
  • Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports to provide valuable insights to our customers
  • Connect to data sources, create data models, and visualize data using various charts and graphs
  • Share insights and reports with stakeholders through various channels
• Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting: 
  • Identify and resolve technical issues related to Power Platform solutions
  • Troubleshoot errors and performance bottlenecks
  • Provide technical support to end-users
• Other: 
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest features and functionalities of the Power Platform, including best practices and standards for Power Platform development
  • Contribute to the development of internal standards and guidelines
  • Mentor and train other team members

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or an IT related field or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 7+ years' experience as a Microsoft Dynamics developer 
• Proven experience in designing and developing custom enterprise level applications using Power Apps
• Proven experience in data modeling, data transformation, and data visualization
• Experience as a developer with the following: Power Platform, Azure DevOps, Azure Functions, SharePoint and Dataverse
• Experience doing development using JavaScript and other web development technologies
• Strong base in IT fundamentals, including full life-cycle of an IT project – project initiation / planning, business requirements definition, functional / technical design, development, test plans, documentation, implementation
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 and its integration with Power Platform
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
• Ability to multi-task and remain flexible in a fast-moving environment 
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills 
• Self-motivated and creative, with a focus on continual improvement and new ideas 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of DevOps practices and tools
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 and related technologies
• Experience working in large global teams
• Experience with Oracle PL SQL
