Senior Electrical System Engineer – Electrical Metrology & Calibration Expert

Key Responsibilities 主要职责

1. Lead the development of ppm-level precision calibration systems (multifunction calibrators, 8.5-digit DMMs, AC/DC measurement standards). 

   主导ppm级精密校准系统开发（涵盖多功能校准器、8位半数字万用表、交流、直流测量标准器等） 

2. Design ultra-stable signal sources for AC/DC voltage/current and impedance standards. 

   设计超稳定信号源，覆盖交直流电压/电流及阻抗标准 

3. Optimize system architecture with advanced noise suppression, grounding and shielding techniques. 

   通过噪声抑制、接地与屏蔽技术优化系统架构 

4. Develop traceable evaluation methods for metrology-grade signal sources. 

   开发计量级信号源的可溯源评估方案 

5. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure compliance with international metrology standards. 

   跨部门协作确保产品符合国际计量标准

Technical Requirements 技术要求 

1. 15+ years in electrical metrology calibration system R&D. 

   15年以上电学计量校准系统研发经验 

2. Expert-level capabilities in: 

   专家级技术能力要求： 

   - Nano-voltage/Nano-current signal integrity design 

     纳付级电压电流信号完整性设计

   - High-precision source characterization (linearity, stability, thermal EMF) 

     高精度源特性分析（线性度、稳定性、热电势） 

4. PhD/Master in Electrical Engineering, Metrology or related field. 

   电子工程、计量学等相关专业硕士/博士学历 

Preferred Qualifications 优先条件 

- Patent achievements in precision source design 

  拥有精密信号源设计相关专利 

- PhD/Master in Electrical Engineering or related field  

  电子工程等相关专业硕士/博士学历
