Key Responsibilities 主要职责

1. Lead the design and optimization of high-precision temperature control systems (e.g., dry-well, metrology baths, blackbody). 

   主导精密温控系统（如干井炉、恒温槽、黑体辐射源等）的设计与优化 

2. Develop ppm-level temperature measurement solutions using NTC, RTD, TC sensors and advanced calibration algorithms. 

   基于NTC/RTD/热电偶等传感器开发ppm级温度测量方案与校准算法 

3. Perform thermal field simulation, structural analysis, and system architecture design for industrial metrology products. 

   针对工业计量产品开展温场仿真、结构分析与系统架构设计 

4. Innovate heating/cooling transducer technologies and temperature control algorithm. 

   研发创新型加热/冷却转换技术及温控算法 

5. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure compliance with international metrology standards. 

   跨部门协作确保产品符合国际计量标准 

Technical Requirements 技术要求

1. 15+ years in precision temperature control system R&D (metrology-grade products preferred). 

   15年以上精密温控系统研发经验（计量级产品研发背景优先） 

2. Expert-level proficiency in: 

   专家级技术能力要求： 

   - Thermal design & temperature field modeling (ANSYS/COMSOL) 

     热力学设计与温场建模（ANSYS/COMSOL等工具） 

   - mK-level stability control algorithm development 

     mK级稳定性的控制算法开发 

3. Deep knowledge of temperature calibration relevant standards. 

   精通温度计量校准领域国际标准 

Preferred Qualifications 优先条件

- Experience with NIST-traceable calibration systems 

  具有NIST可溯源校准系统开发经验 

- Patent portfolio in temperature control technology 

  拥有温控技术领域专利成果 

- Leadership experience in metrology product certification 

  主导过计量产品认证项目经验

• PhD/Master in Thermal Engineering, Instrumentation or related field. 

   热力学工程、仪器科学等相关专业硕士/博士学历
