Job Description:
Day-to-day customer probe system application operation activity with worldwide cutting-edge semiconductor manufacturing company.
• Siliconphotanics and others probe system results delivery, customer issue support, and internal escalation summary preparation.
• Support customer engagement and possible demo activity with latest product.
• Co-work with different colleagues to solve customer issue and provide solution to customer.
• Flexibility of supporting Domestic and International business travel.
Skills:
Education & Experience:
