VSSE Delivery Manager

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India; Hybrid

The Delivery Manager, VSSE-IT Systems Engineering, is responsible for leading the delivery and operational performance of technology solutions supporting Ford’s vehicle software and systems engineering. The role oversees PLM and Teamcenter capabilities, enterprise integrations, cloud platforms, DevOps, application development, and AI/ML-enabled engineering tools. This role will develop high-performing teams, establish delivery priorities, manage strategic technology initiatives, and ensure solutions meet organizational standards for security, quality, reliability, scalability, and business value.

The Delivery Manager, VSSE-IT Systems Engineering, leads the strategy, delivery, and operations of Ford’s vehicle software, systems engineering, PLM, and MBSE technology platforms. This role manages cross-functional engineering teams, drives Teamcenter and enterprise system integrations, oversees cloud-native application delivery, and advances AI/ML-enabled engineering capabilities. The manager partners with engineering, product, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, reliable, and innovative solutions that support Ford’s product development lifecycle.
