User Experience Designer

Location: United States; Remote

We are seeking a User Experience Designer to help design and improve digital experiences for Ford vehicle owners. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Research, Content, Analytics, and Design partners to understand customer needs and turn them into clear, accessible experiences.

You’ll contribute throughout the design process—from exploring customer problems and developing concepts to prototyping, validation, delivery, and post-launch improvement. This role is a chance to take ownership of well-scoped design work, collaborate across disciplines, and continue developing your craft.

You’ll also use AI-enabled tools thoughtfully to support ideation, design exploration, and prototyping. You’ll be responsible for reviewing AI-assisted work for accuracy, accessibility, originality, brand fit, and customer usefulness, and for following guidance on approved tools and confidential information.

Design and improve Ford.com Owner experiences that help customers understand their vehicles, find helpful information and services, and build a lasting relationship with Ford. This hands-on UX/Product Designer role is suited to an early-career or mid-level designer who enjoys collaborating, testing ideas, and learning through iteration.
