This role demands a leader who can navigate complex technical challenges, influence broadly, and ensure our technology stack is a competitive differentiator for Ford Pro Integrated Services.
Candidates who are in commuting distance to a Ford hub location may be required to be onsite 4 or more days per week.

In this position... As Ford Pro accelerates its growth, we are at a critical juncture, expanding our internal fleet management solutions into a world-class, external and internal product suite. This requires a fundamental re-imagining of our technical foundations, from unified micro frontend experiences to highly scalable backend services and seamless partner integrations. The Sr. Engineering Manager will be a key architect and driver of this transformation, responsible for technical strategy, architectural excellence, and fostering a culture of innovation and high performance within the engineering teams.
