Ford Energy is seeking an accomplished Senior Manager, SAP S/4HANA Program Delivery to lead large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives focused on S/4HANA ERP deployment, along with integration of various third-party applications integration. This role will provide strategic leadership, governance, and own delivery for a complex, multi-workstream ERP transformation program. The successful candidate will drive program execution, manage delivery risks, lead cross-functional collaboration, and ensure successful transition from planning through deployment, hypercare, and steady-state operations.

This role partners closely with business stakeholders, technology leaders, systems integrators, and executive sponsors to deliver measurable business outcomes to deliver Ford Energy Digital strategy. The ideal candidate combines strong operational and supply chain expertise with proven change management and cross-functional leadership skills to elevate customer experience, drive efficiency, and deliver measurable business impact.
