We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Developer to support the design, development, integration, and operation of SAP S/4HANA order management capabilities. In this role, you will build modern SAP applications and extensions using ABAP Cloud, RAP, SAP Business Technology Platform, and CAP. You will also design and operate enterprise integrations using SAP Integration Suite, including Cloud Integration, API Management, Event Mesh, and Open Connectors.

This role requires strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA development, clean-core extensibility, cloud-native engineering, API design, and enterprise integration. Working closely with product owners, business analysts, architects, and cross-functional engineering teams, you will translate order management business needs into secure, scalable, and reliable technical solutions. You will own quality end to end—from design and development through automated testing, CI/CD delivery, monitoring, performance tuning, and production support.

Ford Customer Service Division keeps millions of vehicles on the road. Behind every parts order sits a chain of systems that has to be fast, accurate and resilient from dealer order entry through allocation, pricing, and fulfillment across the North American distribution network. We are modernizing that chain on SAP S/4HANA. You will be a hands-on developer in the North American Order Management product team, building order management capabilities with SAP's Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP) and the ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP), and connecting them to the wider Ford landscape through SAP Integration Suite on BTP. This is a build role, not a coordination role. You will write code, design interfaces and own the technical quality of what you ship.
