As a Product Manager for Salesforce Platform & Engineering, you will define and execute the overarching vision for our Global CRM ecosystem and Enterprise center of excellence. You will serve as the link between business objectives and technical implementation, ensuring the platform remains scalable, secure, and performant. Your mission is to treat the "Platform as a Product," driving a roadmap that prioritizes engineering excellence, CI/CD maturity, and developer productivity. We are seeking a strategic leader who excels in navigating high-ambiguity environments and can translate abstract visions into the concrete technical requirements needed to build "0 to 1" solutions from inception to launch. 

Based in Dearborn, MI, this is a hybrid position with a requirement to be onsite four or more days per week. Relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates.

 

As the Product Manager, CRM Platform Specialist, you will lead the strategy and evolution of the Global Salesforce CRM platform, translating business priorities into scalable, secure technical roadmaps while improving platform health, developer productivity, governance, and measurable value.
