In this position...

As a Ford Racing NVH CAE Engineer, you will play a key role in developing some of the industry’s most capable and exciting high-performance cars and trucks. This role is ideal for a self-motivated, proactive engineer who can lead the full vehicle simulation process—from model build and analysis through issue resolution. The successful candidate will bring strong organization, collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills while partnering closely with attribute and functional engineering teams in a fast-paced development environment.

This is a full-time, on-site position based at the Ford Racing offices in Allen Park, MI.

In this role, you will help deliver Vehicle NVH attributes for Ford Racing programs using advanced CAE tools and methods, from early pre-program development through final engineering sign-off. You will lead NVH development for high-performance on- and off-road vehicles, applying analytical expertise to help create world-class customer experiences.
