In this position...

• Ford Racing is seeking an experienced NASCAR Program Manager to lead our stock car racing program and drive it toward wins and championships. In this role, you'll own the program strategy, cross-functional technical leadership, and key partner and sanctioning body relationships that define our competitiveness on the NASCAR circuit.
• You'll lead a team of program supervisors and engineers, balance multiple concurrent priorities in a fast-moving racing environment, and represent the program to Ford Racing leadership.
• This is a high-visibility leadership role for someone who thrives under pressure and is driven to win.
