As an Engineering Project Manager (EPM), you will be the bridge between strategic vision and technical execution. You will drive the delivery of high-quality systems solutions at speed, leading cross-functional strategies that impact our entire vehicle lineup. We are looking for a leader who is centered on product and engineering excellence with a bias for action—someone comfortable leading a system design meeting one hour and presenting a concise strategic update to leadership the next.

 

 

Ford is looking for an Engineering Project Manager to help drive our Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) and next generation architecture strategy forward. In this role, you'll serve as the critical link between strategic vision and technical execution—leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality systems and core architecture solutions at speed. You'll own feature delivery across mid- to multi-year roadmaps, manage schedules and dependencies, track KPIs to make progress visible, and communicate risk and status to leadership—all while staying close enough to the engineering to lead a system design conversation.
