In this position...

The EMC Lab Specialist is responsible for leading onboard EMC testing, diagnostics, and lab operations in support of vehicle development programs. This role combines deep technical expertise in EMC, RF systems, and software development with strong ownership of testing processes, lab infrastructure, and cross-functional problem solving.

 

The EMC Lab Specialist ensures robust, repeatable testing capabilities while driving issue resolution through data-driven analysis and collaboration.

The EMC Lab Specialist works closely with EMC Applications Engineers and Vehicle teams to conduct vehicle level EMC tests to verify that the latest technology meets or exceeds both internal and regulatory EMC requirements and standards. In this position you will conduct EMC testing at the vehicle level, verify results, and work with engineers to help troubleshoot and identify all issues that do not meet prescribed performance levels.
