Ford is building a new capability at the center of our enterprise AI strategy. We are looking for a Director, AI Strategy, Enablement & Workflow to help turn our AI vision into a working portfolio. This role owns the progression model and team that moves opportunities from Sandbox experiment to Functional Program to Enterprise Bets, well as the teams that enable those opportunities via Workflow Redesign, and Learning and Development. This leader integrates these capabilities into one coordinated system behind every bet.

The ideal candidate has run a portfolio of competing initiatives in the past, and understands what it takes to change how people work.
