In this position... 

Lead all activities related to the Low Voltage alternator & Belt ISG Power Electronics and Electromagnetic design.   Work closely with your Mechanical Engineering Peer on these machines to insure they meet requirements and expectations on all global Ford Vehicles.

In this critical role, you will be responsible for the full life cycle ownership of the Power Electronics & Magnetics of alternators & Belt Integrated Starter Generator (defined 48V or less), ensuring their robust performance, quality, and timely integration into Ford vehicles. A primary focus will be on actively preventing design and manufacturing failures early in the process and ensuring the design and release process consistently meets program timing Responsibilities
