CCaaS Application Developer

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India; Hybrid

• Define integration requirements between NICE CXone and core business applications (e.g., Salesforce, MS Dynamics, internal CRMs, and ticketing systems) using CXone APIs and pre-built connectors.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to leverage NICE CXone REST APIs for custom reporting, real-time data feeds, and automation.

As a Technical Product Manager, you will bridge the gap between business operations and technical engineering. You will collaborate closely with contact center business leaders, telecom engineers, system integrators, and software developers to design, build, and deploy a seamless, omnichannel customer experience. The ideal candidate has deep technical expertise in NICE CXone, a proven track record of executing complex cloud migrations, and a passion for building highly scalable, agent-friendly products.
