About the Internship

Calling all ambitious students and recent graduates!

At fme Romania, we are launching this year’s Data Migration Internship, designed to offer hands-on exposure to real-world data migration projects within international environments.

This program will introduce you to Enterprise Content Management (ECM) platforms, database technologies, and cloud concepts, while working alongside experienced professionals in an agile setup.

What You Will Learn & Do

• Understand file hosting concepts and how to migrate data between ECM platforms
• Work with relational databases (Oracle, SQL, PostgreSQL)
• Learn basic cloud concepts and their role in data migration projects
• Gain exposure to data modeling and REST APIs (nice to have)
• Attend technical learning sessions focused on data migration and content management
• Collaborate within an agile team to solve real-world data challenges

What You Will Gain

Requirements

Who Can Apply?

We are looking for enthusiastic students or recent graduates who:

• Have basic knowledge of relational databases (SQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL)
• Understand fundamental cloud concepts
• Are passionate about technology and eager to learn
• Have good English language skills
• Are available to work 4 hours per day, from July to October 2026
• Demonstrate curiosity, accountability, and a growth mindset

Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of REST APIs
• Basic understanding of data modeling
• German language skills
