Flight Itinerary

We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to join our PMO and help drive operational excellence across a complex, multi-team engineering organization.

In this role, you will create visibility, predictability, and governance across programs by identifying risks early, improving cross-functional communication, and enabling teams to deliver effectively. You will work closely with Engineering, Product, and Delivery leaders, influencing outcomes through facilitation, alignment, and enabling data-driven decision-making rather than direct authority.

This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong program management expertise, stakeholder management skills, and a passion for building scalable processes that support successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide program-level visibility across multiple engineering teams, proactively managing dependencies, risks, blockers, and delivery milestones
  • Coordinate planning, re-planning, and monthly release activities, ensuring teams are aligned and delivery commitments remain achievable
  • Own the governance of Jira data quality, the standards for audit trail, update discipline, and hygiene that make accurate, scalable, automated reporting possible
  • Monitor delivery readiness across discovery, planning, and execution phases, maintaining a healthy pipeline of upcoming work
  • Drive continuous improvements to processes, tooling, and ways of working that enhance transparency, predictability, and operational efficiency

How You'll Work

  • Focus on outcomes over process, continuously improving ways of working to better support delivery and business goals
  • Use data and exception-based reporting to identify risks early and direct attention where intervention is needed
  • Build alignment across Engineering, Product, and Customer Delivery teams through facilitation, influence, and constructive challenge
  • Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, helping teams navigate complexity while maintaining momentum and accountability

What To Pack For This Trip

  • Several years of program management experience in a software engineering environment, coordinating work across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Strong expertise in Jira governance, delivery reporting, and operational processes that support scalable software delivery
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to surface risks, drive alignment, and influence decisions without formal authority
  • Strong judgment, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, including knowing when to facilitate, intervene, or escalate
  • A continuous improvement mindset with experience implementing process, tooling, or operational enhancements that improve team effectiveness

First-Class Amenities

  • Regular employment contract
  • Equity in Series D startup with high growth potential
  • Flexible working hours
  • Complimentary Breakfast/Lunch (in-office)
  • Sports card
  • Medical care
  • Life Insurance
  • Top-quality tech equipment
